Question: Are the jeans you sell
authentic?
Answer: Everything we sell is
Guaranteed Authentic.
Question: Do I get a letter of authenticity with my
order?
Answer: No you will not get a letter of authenticity
with your order, that would be illegal for us to do and very ignorant
on our part. Due to the amount of counterfeit jeans on the
market the letter of authenticity could wind up in the wrong hands and
counterfeits could be passed off as authentic. All letters
of authenticity and original invoices are kept on file for legal dept
uses.
Question: Do I get an invoice with my order?
Answer: Yes you will receive a paid invoice once
your order is processed stating merchandise purchased, price and
quantity with a statement on our company stationary invoice that
states authenticity is guaranteed.
Question: If I get Vero'd by ebay will you help me
get re-listed?
Answer: Yes by all means we will do our part on your
behalf and send our original invoice, letters of authenticity and your
paid invoice to the Vero dept by fax once we get all required info
from you, the "vero'd party".
Question: How do I request the sizes I want?
Answer: During the checkout process in the
"Comments" area you can request certain sizes but it is
not guaranteed that you will receive those sizes. The usual
breakdown on lots of 10 jeans are as followed. "i.e." If
available sizes are 26 through 31, the usual but not guaranteed
breakdown would be size 26-2, 27-2, 28-2, 29-2, 30-1, 31-1.
Question: Are all of your products first quality?
Answer: Yes all products are first quality but at
times we are offered A-Irregular's. If the product we are
offering is an A-Irregular it will then state "A Quality Irregular"
in the product description.
Question: Do you offer quantity discounts?
Answer: No all of our prices are below wholesale and are at
closeout discount prices already. We do not mark-up our product
as high as some of the other websites out here do, therefore we work
on a VERY small margin.
Question: Do you ship internationally?
Answer: All orders are shipped with the USA and
Canada via UPS and or USPS. If you live outside of those areas
and place an order we will contact you via email with the orders
weight and box dimensions so you can arrange for pick up by the
carrier of your choice. No order will leave our facility until
the product and shipping is paid in full.
Question: Do you ship C.O.D.?
Answer: No we do not.
Question: Do you accept paypal?
Answer: The only payment methods we accept are
American Express, Master Card & Visa Card.
Question: Do you accept returns?
Answer: No all sales are final do to many reasons.
